LEXIA FARRIS
OWNER/FOUNDER
Lexia began her marketing journey at the University of Georgia, earning a degree in Mass Media Arts. She got her start in advertising at PHD Agency in Chicago, where she completed a fellowship and later joined full-time, gaining firsthand experience in strategic media planning.
She then spent 8 years at CBS Television Stations, eventually becoming the Digital Sales Manager at CBS Chicago. There, she led a team of 11 Account Executives, doubled digital sales in a year, and received the prestigious Share the Vision Award. Her time at CBS gave her deep expertise in multi-platform digital campaigns.
In 2021 towards the end of COVID, Lexia moved to New Orleans and launched her own business, Dark Star Digital. She now focuses on helping businesses and non-profits grow through smart, results-driven digital marketing.
With over 12 years of industry experience, Lexia combines big-brand knowledge with a passion for purpose-driven work.
Outside of work, she loves live music, great food, funky earrings, and the vibrant culture of New Orleans. She's inspired by businesses that aim to make a positive impact, and loves helping them shine.
